Chez Raj Snack, corner Trou Aux Biches road & Main Road, Triolet, brings to you its famous authentic Mauritian Menu.
More than 35 years ago, Raj learnt how to cook fried noodles, unknown outside China Town.. He decided to take a big risk, that of selling noodles "Mine Frit" in the village of Triolet, something unimaginable back in pre "Economic boom" Mauritius of 1983 ...
35 years later, snacks are common everywhere, and after a year of hiatus, "Chez Raj Snack" is back, in the same location, with the same great taste, the same feeling of "family" and also a greater outlook...
To all the lovers of the authentic "Mine Frire Raj", we welcome you back as from 5pm EVERYDAY.
