Bonsoir, mo ena ene ti demande pou faire a tout bann client ki fini book ene rendez vous pou vine teinte zot machine de respecter votre rendez vous et l'heure svp parce que ca cause moi ene gros probleme quand ene client pas respecter so rendez vous qui li deja fini confirmer avec moi !
C'est moi ki perdant finalement qd ene client confirme moi rendez vous et li pas vini qd arrive jour so rendez. C'est moi ki perdi entre Rs 1,000 a Rs 2,000 du moment ene client pas presenter jour so rendez vous car mo ti capav prend ene lot travail si ene client annule so rendez vous au moins 1 jour minimum avant. Li unpeu difficile pou moi qd ene client cancel so rendez vous 30 mins - 1h temps avant so rendez vous meme jours, c'est moi ki penalisé dans ces cas la, parceque ca client ki 'bloqué' jour so rendez vous la pas pou vine vers moi pou vine couvert ene travail ki mo perdi ! Le probleme ce que mo perdi travail client ki ti supposer vini et mo aussi pas reussi prend prochain travail ki coute moi par exemple 2 machine so 4 la porte (Rs 2000)
Il y a des fois ena travail arrive jusqu'a Rs 2,000 et client jamais presente devant moi le jour present.
