Pilates Studio I am a Stott Trained Pilates Instructor and Wellness Facilitator. I completed my Cadillac Course in Johannesburg at Pilates Inspiration.

My goal and passion in life is to empower every being with the tools to achieve and LIVE a healthy state of mind and body. My Pilates journey began in Dubai where I completed my Mat, Reformer, Barrels, Special Injuries and Population Courses at Real Pilates.
