✅ Free sterilisation for owned and CNR dogs
✅ Free microchipping and registration for sterilised dogs
✅ Owners in the area: free transport provided for your dogs

For microchipping and registration ONlY

• Cost of microchipping & registration: Rs 350/-
• Bring: Your ID and proof of address

The MSAW team will also be in the region to catch and sterilise stray dogs.

Today we walked alongside our friends to support the welfare and rights of Animals in Mauritius 🇲🇺

We thank the organisers of the Silent Protest For Animal Welfare , the amazing people who rescue and care for Animals.

Silent Protest à Port-Louis ce 21 février

Une marche silencieuse est prévue le samedi 21 février 2026 à Port-Louis pour dénoncer la situation des animaux errants à Maurice.

Le rassemblement débutera à 10h30 à la gare du Nord (Port Louis Bus Station), avec une marche en direction de La Place d’Armes jusqu’à midi.

Les organisateurs réclament notamment :
Des actions concrètes face à la surpopulation des chiens et chats, une réforme des instances concernées, la mise en place urgente d’un programme massif de stérilisation.

Cette mobilisation pacifique vise à interpeller les autorités tout en symbolisant, par le silence, la souffrance des animaux.
