*** SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ***
Delivery is done directly to your address within 2- 4 weeks by post. Shipping includes Tracking Number which you can use to check shipping status of your order either online or by calling your local post.

*** RETURNS AND REFUNDS ***
Kindly cross- check Sizes according to measurements given for each item. We take every reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, measurements and specifications are accurate but there may be variations between these and the goods supplied. We make every effort as well to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on our website but the actual colours will depend on your monitor; we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. NO RETURNS AND REFUNDS ACCEPTED except in case if we ever make a mistake in terms of wrong item/ wrong colour/ wrong quantity or OOS.

*** HANDLING TIME AND OUT OF STOCK [OOS] ***

Kindly note it takes 3 working days after payment to handling orders and it is only after these 3 days that we shall be informed if OOS or not as we are in peak season.

*** RESTOCKING PERIOD ***

Normally it takes 3 weeks to restock OOS items but we would advise you the following options:
1. Replace item with another item. (Note Replacing Item may run OOS too as we work on a first- come- first- serve basis)
2. Wait for restocking period of 3 weeks.
3. (i) Request a refund after OOS advise.
3. (ii) Request a refund after 3 weeks restocking period in case of non- restock.

CONGRATULATIONS ARE IN ORDER! WE ARE 1!

The last 365 days have been filled with passion, excitement, creativity, sheer hard work and a lot of fun!

As Instylook officially turns 1 today, I am looking back and celebrating them memories right from the launch to our first fashion show for Fashion TV to our first press coverage and to our first edito.

A very good friend of mine once said it’s gona be EUPHORIA! And it has been all thanks to YOU ALL! I am truly grateful to every single one of you supporting our work and being part of our journey.
