Last week, we had the privilege of welcoming parents and guardians to campus for our September 2026 Intake Parents Orientation.

Entrusting an institution with a young person’s education is a milestone moment. During the orientation, we shared our commitment to going beyond traditional academics, equipping our students to become mission-driven leaders, critical thinkers, and ethical changemakers for the continent.

Ten years ago, we set out with a bold vision: to train and unleash 3 million ethical and entrepreneurial leaders for Africa and the world.

Today, we are proud to launch our 10-Year Impact Report, "Leadership in an Age of Acceleration."

This report reflects a decade of building, innovating, and proving what happens when young African leaders are equipped with the mindset, skills, and networks to tackle the world's greatest challenges. From scaling transformative ventures to leading across global industries, our alumni and community continue to demonstrate the power of purpose-driven leadership.

True leadership requires the ability to communicate vision with clarity and conviction.

We recently hosted a Public Speaking Contest at our Leadership Center, providing students with a platform to test and refine their skills in a competitive setting.

Following their study of the Public Speaking module within the Self-Directed Learning component of our Foundations Programme, students moved from theory to practice, delivering compelling speeches, navigating high-pressure presentation dynamics, and showcasing their growth as persuasive communicators.

Empowering the next generation of African leaders means giving them the practical arenas to build confidence, articulate solutions, and lead from the front.
