About me: I am Jo-Ann and I have a Bachelor of Arts specialised in Communications from Monash University in Australia. I was lucky enough to be studying in this outstanding university when Facebook and Youtube were launched, earning an early specialised knowledge in this field. I started my career at Datacom Systems in Melbourne, where I have worked for 3 years in the Communications department on the Dun&Bradstreet account. Since then, I have been a Social Media marketing professional for the past 10 years. I manage Facebook accounts with over 100k followers and I have collaborated with some of the biggest International Influencers.
