Compass is a Mauritian venture capital fund. It was created in 2015 and is backed by ENL, one of Mauritius' largest business conglomerates. Compass invests in innovative start-ups and SME with high growth potential. We focus on start-ups which already have a marketed product or service, but exceptions can be made if the entrepreneur has a strong experience in the field. Compass targets companies in Mauritius, the Indian Ocean or Africa who have financing needs of 100 000 to 1 million euros.
