The conversation does not end when the webinar ends.It begins where silence once stood.

“Success without wellbeing is not success,It is silent suffering.”In demanding academic spaces, especially in law, pressure is constant: to perform, to excel, to never fall behind. But behind every achievement lies a mind carrying unseen weight, stress, burnout, anxiety, and exhaustion.

Our webinar reaffirmed a hard truth: academic excellence cannot exist without mental wellbeing.”
The mind that learns must also be protected.Let this not be a moment, but a movement against silent suffering, and for students who are allowed to breathe, pause, and be human.

Let this not remain a one-time dialogue, but a continuing commitment to break stigma, challenge silent suffering as behind every achievement is a mind that deserves care and Mental health is not separate from academic success instead it is its foundation!

✨ FALAS-Mauritius Female Forum made it happen! ✨

In collaboration with Open University of Mauritius, we proudly organized “Law for All,” a workshop that celebrated Women’s Day through open, thought-provoking discussions. We tackled important yet often overlooked topics, creating a space for diverse perspectives and meaningful conversations.

We are immensely grateful to Open University for supporting student-led initiatives like this. A huge thank you to our panelists, audience, and the entire FALAS Female Forum team—your dedication and participation made this event a success!

As the Director of FALAS-Mauritius Female Forum, I couldn’t be prouder of this milestone. This is just the beginning—here’s to many more impactful discussions ahead!
