[Frost on pipes...]
During the summer, if you see frost on the outdoor or indoor pipes, your system is frozen and will not cool properly. The system must be defrosted in order to solve this issue. The quickest way to defrost the system is to turn the ac off at the thermostat but turn the FAN to ON. This will force warm air over the ice to thaw it quicker. It may still take 2 hours to thaw. [YOUR AIRCON IS NOT COOLING ENOUGH]
If your ac is not cooling enough:
SOLUTION 1: change your filter and clean your outdoor condenser.
SOLUTION 2 : If these two things do not remedy the problem, there is a possibility that your ac system may be doing all it can do during extreme heat conditions. THEN CALL US !!!!

Voilà une petite astuce afin de bien choisir la capacité de son appareil de climatisation !
Pour une chambre de 12 par 13 pieds, appliquez la formule suivante [ (12(L)*13(B)*75 = 11,700 BTU] pour connaitre la capacité de votre appareil de climatisation. Dans le cas précis, nous conseillons un 12000BTU
