We embark upon a new journey with the same goal in mind. For today, we have welcomed in a scoring 35 new members into the Interact Club of RCC! We aim to achieve so many goals for this following mandate from your help and organisation through the works of synergy and amity. We wish for an adventurous journey filled with excitement and change with the help of our newly inducted board members.

Heartfelt thanks to PP Manda, PP Preetam, Pdt Jean Yves, PP Jeet, DO Leena, SAA Widaad, IPP Vaishavi, our rector Mr Bissoonauth, our Club Advisor, Mr Halkory and our sponsors. We also thank the President of Interact Club of RCPL, DMC and DLSS for their presence, as well as the board members from QEC. ✨

As we end the 2024-2025 mandate, we would like to thank every member for their heartfelt dedication and participation in activities organised. A special thank you is in order for our previous board members and IPP Vaishavi Lochun! We would like to thank you for your commitment to the betterment of this club, from organising pet food collections to cultural visits, this has truly led to the achievement of a very successful mandate. We are eternally grateful for the standards you have set, and we aim to embellish on such excellence. We aspire to follow in your footsteps for our upcoming topic, “Unite for Good”.

They have taught us a lot; through the works of teamwork, friendship and passion. Even through the most hectic and challenging moments, they persevered, showing endlessly their true determination and admiration for the club and its members.

As the first female president, you have broken the norms and shown us the importance of equality in such a position. You have inspired so many of us and will continue to do so endlessly. We wholeheartedly wish you luck on future endeavours that you will undertake. ❤️

On the 3rd of April, our Interactors gathered for a fellowship program, and with Eid just two days before, we saw the perfect opportunity to turn it into something even more special—a celebration of unity, culture, and friendship. Living by our anthem’s words, "as one people, as one nation", we embraced the joy of togetherness, filling the day with laughter, warmth, and shared traditions. From baking sweet treats to decorating our space with love, every detail reflected the happiness that comes from giving. And because gratitude shines brightest when shared, we prepared heartfelt treat boxes for our teachers, a small gesture wrapped in appreciation and warmth. “Kindness is a language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see”—and on this day, kindness was everywhere, in every smile and every shared moment. 💌

The Interact Club of RCC spread joy this Christmas by organizing a fundraising bake sale on December 16th at Tribecca Piazza, which was a huge success. Bakers from all over the island generously donated their delicious creations, turning the event into a vibrant community gathering. The wide variety of treats attracted many visitors who were eager to support the cause. Thanks to the kindness of everyone involved, we raised the necessary funds to visit a local community school and share the festive spirit with children in need. It was a day filled with kindness, togetherness, and the true essence of giving. As the saying goes, "Christmas is not as much about opening our presents as opening our hearts." This event served as a beautiful reminder of the power of generosity and coming together for a common cause.🎄🥨
