We’re looking for a hands-on office assistant to join our busy garage team. This is not a boring desk job — we need someone who understands mechanical terms, is tech-savvy, and can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Communicate with suppliers and customers, mostly via email

Purchase car parts and follow up on deliveries

Update website content, prices, and stock info

Manage inventory and pricing

Help with basic garage admin and coordination

Good knowledge of car parts / mechanical terminology

Experience with emails, spreadsheets, websites

Fluent in English (Maltese is a bonus)

Fast learner, witty, and good under pressure

Male candidate preferred due to nature of the role (stockroom/garage floor handling involved)
