Dottie is such a happy dog. Loves being around people, but her high energy levels is too much for some dogs. She's around 4 years old, 18kg, pointer colouring but tal kacca body. Chipped, vaccinated, and being spayed tomorrow. Not good around cats.

Rehoming update

"A Note from Ruby 🐾

Hello, Gozo SPCA family,

I just wanted to send you a little update and let you know that I am doing very well in my new home.

I'm settling in nicely and getting used to family life. At first, I missed Mum when she went to work, but I've been very brave and don't cry anymore. Besides, I'm never really alone! My big sister keeps me company and has been incredibly patient with me, especially when I get a little too excited. We've even started enjoying playtime together, although I try not to overdo it because she's a bit slower than I am.

I'm also discovering lots of new things. I love going for walks, even though Mum says I need to learn not to pull quite so much on the lead. I can't help it—I get so excited to explore the world! Car rides are another favourite of mine, and I'm always ready for an adventure.

Mum has been very generous and has kindly given me her bed. Well... technically it's still her bed, but I let her share it with me. Every night, my sister and I also get a special treat for being good, which I think is a wonderful family tradition.

I really like it here and I've decided I think I'll stay.

That said, I do miss all of you and wanted to thank you for taking such good care of me while I was waiting for a family of my own. Because of your love and kindness, I was ready for this new chapter in my life.

I'll come and visit soon—I promise.
