An 18th-century Naxxar farmhouse adapted into a warm and practical home for a young family Periti Studio’s vision was to unify the abandoned property into a cohesive dwelling while preserving its original architecture.

📣📣Milestone at Savoy Regeneration Project - First BubbleDeck precast elements delivered onto site and casting is already underway! We hope to cast 1700sqm, over two levels, before the Christmas shutdown 👷♀️👷

Throwback to a recent project which had very weak rock conditions and adjacent third party property, incl. a pool 👷♀️👷
Periti Studio were engaged to design the necessary piles and buttressing wall to ensure absolutely no movement within the third party property 💪💪
