Here’s to a different cake than we’ve usually baked - a padel-court-shaped pumpkin spice birthday cake with cream cheese buttercream 🎂 🎂 🎾 🎾!

Loads of fun to make and pretty happy for the results, fondant’s quickly becoming one of our favourite ingredients to use in kitchen 😄😄

November dump.

November’s certainly beena busy month, so here’s a montage of some stuff we got to try in the kitchen - November bones 🦴, a pirate-ship themed cake pirate 🏴‍☠️ (our first attempt at cake carving and working with fondant), the ‘torta ta’ San Martin’ 🎂 and some savoury stuff with pumpkin, the classic fall ingredient 🎃 🍂

Now we look forward to a very special month ahead, stay tuned next week when we’ll launch our Christmas menu 🎄 🎄 🎄
