This villa situated in the Gardens in St. Julians was a immense job that spanned a timeline of a year. Danda Build turned a 3 bedroom property into a 4 bedroom while not detracting the space or design integrity. The scope of works included; a new stair case, gutting, construction, finishing, furnishing as well as adding a pool. All done in time and in budget.

This was an old house layout which needed a lot of work to upgrade it in terms of space and flexibility. After good planning and design + build, both the clients and ourselves were exceptionally happy with the end result. Under budget and on time too.
