Key Responsibilities
• Manage data entry processes while ensuring accuracy and system integrity.
• Coordinate and oversee commercial logistics planning.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date company records and databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
• Ensure company procedures and service standards are consistently maintained.
• Prepare quotations and identify opportunities to upsell services.
• Lead, motivate, and support the team to achieve high performance and operational excellence.

Duties will include:

Customs Clearance Executive

Our Team is Growing!! EuroBridge is growing rapidly and needs more hands-on deck. We are looking to recruit a Customs Clearance Executive to join our team on Full Time. If you are an organized person, meticulous, enthusiastic and able to work in a team environment we want to hear from you!

Duties will include:
• Preparation and processing of customs documentation for import and export shipments.
• Processing declarations in the Malta Customs online system (CES)
• Liaising with clients and agents and ensuring a high level of customer service
• Coordinating internally to ensure prompt delivery of shipments
• Miscellaneous administrative work, such as handling of customer queries, filing and other daily tasks.
• Intrastat Inputting.
• Issuing Invoices.
• NSOs

Who are we looking for?
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in written and clear spoken English and Maltese
• ‘O’ Level standard of education at minimum
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Computer literacy including Excel and Microsoft
• Experience and skill in dealing with clients
• Telephone handling skills and experience
• Ability to work under pressure and able to keep up with deadlines
• Excellent Customer Care
• Positive Let’s Do Atitude
Previous experience in the shipping industry, particularly involvement with Customs, will be considered an asset. An attractive remuneration package and friendly working atmosphere will be offered to the successful applicant.
