MYC is looking for a proactive and organised Business Development Assistant.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales and marketing, outgoing, who truly enjoys connecting with people, and wants to gain experience within a marketing agency environment.

Key aspects of the role include:

- Making phone calls
- Holding online introductory meetings
- Following up with leads
- Managing appointments

The role will also involve assisting with presentations and proposals, updating client records, and carrying out other administrative tasks as required.

The ideal candidate should have at least an Ordinary Level standard of education, be reliable, confident, self driven, communicating in both Maltese and English, and willing to grow within the role.

Previous similar work experience will be considered an asset.
