Yep, we use locally sourced lemons 🍋
⚠️ Warning - long post ahead

We also use whole skin-on almonds which we ground ourselves, adding fresh local lemons and eggs which we source from a farmer we personally know. We don’t add any artficial preservatives, essence or extracts.

After baked to golden brown, we carefully cover them with the finest melted belgian chocolate and roasted almonds or royal icing (also made with local eggs/ lemon and sugar).

We are home-bakers and we do not bake in mass amounts, only fresh batches made from scratch with love. ❤️
