Our client is looking to recruit a full time Office Showroom Clerk. The successful candidate will responsible for a different number of clerical tasks.
The position includes the following tasks:
- Updating the stock system.
- Processing orders made by our sales team
- Answering all incoming phone calls
- Taking care of Daily chores and paperwork
- Filing and other administrative matters
- Supporting the Management team in the day to day running of the company
Qualifications
The ideal Candidate would need to possess the below skills and attributes:
- To be able to work on your own initiative, under minimal supervision even when under pressure.
- Be well organised and have a good eye for detail
- Be computer literate (ECDL certification will be considered an asset)
- Be Knowledgeable in Sage and Microsoft Office.
- Have an O’ Level Standard of education
- Be customer Oriented
- Fluent in Maltese and English
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preference will be given to candidates with experience in a Furniture Showroom.
