A massive well done to Keith Galea on yet another remarkable achievement, securing a silver medal at the European Triathlon Championships in Tarragona, Spain.
We would also like to congratulate Samuel Schembri on completing his very first Ironman in Austria after overcoming every setback that came his way, an achievement that will be remembered for a lifetime.
We are incredibly proud and happy for both of you, you make the whole team proud👏❤️💙

It was a weekend of fast racing at the UCI Gran Fondo World Series in Slovenia, with more than a thousand cyclists lining up to take on one of the most competitive events on the calendar 🇸🇮
Our team faced a demanding weekend that included a 21km TT on Friday and a 155km Road Race on Sunday, and it’s safe to say they delivered against a world-class field, earning qualification for the UCI Gran Fondo World Championships 🌈👏
John Camilleri finished 76th overall out of 1,073 riders and Jacob Schembri 116th 💪 Daniel Briffa was on course for a good result just behind his teammates, before a crash only 5km from the finish ended his race.
A huge thank you to Visit Malta , Powerade , Bike it up and Mariano Club whose support made this trip and experience possible. Their backing allows our athletes to compete on the international stage and proudly represent Malta.

Silver for Malta in Tarragona.
Keith Galea claimed second place in the 35–39 Open Age-Group Sprint at the 2026 Europe Triathlon Age-Group Championships, finishing just 40 seconds behind the winner.
A strong international result following his national middle distance title last month. Well done, Keith.

A massive shoutout to Clyve Chetcuti for an unbelievable performance at last Saturday's final round of the Malta Mountain Bike Association National Points Series.
Racing is unpredictable, and despite facing two punctures, he proved that attitude dictates the outcome. Clyve dug deep and crossed the line in 2nd place making him the overall series runner-up, finishing completely tied on points with 1st place.
That drive is the fire that determines who he is🦁

A brutal, scorching 121km & 2,200m of climbing at the Giro dell’Etna, but the boys delivered! Proud of every single rider who fought to the finish line. Massive day for and who finished 3rd and 4th respectively in their age groups. Next up 👉 the UCI World Series in Slovenia🇸🇮

📜 Chapter 626 of the Laws of Malta 🇲🇹 requires all Sport Organisations to be registered in the Register for Sport Persons, which falls under the remit of the Authority for Integrity in Maltese Sport 🏅
✅ Such registration is crucial for the very existence of any sport organisation, as it grants them legal personality. While legal personality can also be obtained via the Malta Business Registry 🏛️, the MBR is bound by the same Act (CAP. 626) to request authorisation from the Authority for Integrity in Maltese Sport before registering any sport organisations.
⚠️ No Sport Clubs can attain such status prior to registration with AIMS.

Last Sunday’s D Sports Lab Road Race brought some challenging weather conditions but it was all worth it 🥇
After a tough race and a team effort to place him in the best possible position, John Camilleri crossed the finish line first, taking his first-ever road race victory. We are incredibly proud of you John ❤️
The day got even better with Waylon Mifsud claiming his first Masters 40+ victory, joined on the podium by teammate ryanspiteri_ce, who finished 3rd. A big kudos also goes to Stefan Bonello Ghio, who took 2nd place in the Masters 50+ category.
It was a real pity for a super-strong David Cushing, who suffered a series of punctures while leading the race, a result that could have seen us take victory across the Elite, 40+ and 50+ categories.
Still, the team delivered across the board, and we were proud to take home the Best Team Award, with our top three Elite riders finishing 1st, 4th and 5th 🫡
Onto the next one 👉 GF Giro Dell’Etna in two weeks’ time 🇮🇹🌋

Strong racing across the board this morning at the Żebbuġ Bypass road race, very well organised by and as part of the Youth National RR Championships and the National Club Race Series 👏
Our U16s were first up, represented by Samwel Attard and Gao Ping. Gao narrowly missed out on a podium finish after a tight sprint, taking 4th in a very well-contested age group. Great effort from both riders.
In the Ladies Open, Lindsey rode a strong race and contested the sprint for victory, narrowly beaten by the fast Diana Muscat. Brilliant 🥈
In the Masters category, David Cushing delivered a superb performance after being sick all week, taking the win in the 50+ category, with Kevin Muscat also finishing on the podium in 3rd 🥇🥉
In the 40+ category, Waylon Mifsud was agonisingly close to the podium in the sprint for 3rd and continues to improve race by race. Kudos also to Ryan Spiteri Cassar Ellis, finishing 7th just a few weeks after welcoming a newborn!
The Elite race was always going to be fiery just by looking at the start list, and it did not disappoint. Fast and vicious from start to finish, our team tried everything. Bridging gaps, getting into breakaways, attacking, counter-attacking. Every rider played a strong part, and the work paid off with narrowly beaten on the line in a three-up sprint, ultimately finishing 3rd 🥉Daniel came home close behind in 4th, with Pierre in 5th after strong work all day. Hats off to Aidan and Antoine!
A big shoutout also to John Camilleri and Carl Xerri, who played a huge role in getting our riders into the top 5 with superb teamwork and effort, fighting all day.
Chapeau also to James Geiger, who was a strong protagonist in his first road race in Malta, getting dropped, fighting back to catch the group, and then riding away solo afterwards. Huge ride.
Super proud of everyone. This is why we do what we do ❤️
