Dolphin Fish(lampuki)

This famous Lampuki fish season starts from the 15th of August till the 31st December,but must say that this typical fish is asked for all year round by clients.Everyone is eager to hopefully eat the fish,while everyone has their own liking in the size of the fish and we try to please everyone as much as possible.I would like to make it a bit clear that the price for the dolphin fish varies constantly everyday.Doesn't mean that buying it today at a particular price means tomorrow you will buy it for the same price or cheaper.However as a fish shop we do our best to buy the best fish with the best prices on the market and therefore with the best quality,as we have to understand that quality cannot be bought with a cheap price.Also one has to consider that in our shop we preserythe fish in the right temperature and clean environment for the end client.On the other hand we have to respect the fishermen that spend days and nights away from land and their families and with constant expenses that we never imagine.

So let's enjoy this season and appreciate what we have in our mediterranean sea.
