FES Prospects for 2021 – going forward

As the global economy still battles the associated challenges with the global pandemic, investment projects must cater for the call to build back better. With the EU pledging to invest €750M as a recovery fund for more responsible and resilient growth, and the growing cross sector demand for sustainable development, 2021 should set the landscape for more innovative product design and development.

FES 2020 Achievements

FES was successfully awarded a number of contracts for finishing works in 2020 for MALITA Investments. These include finishing works in Kirkcop, Attard, Siggiewi, Zurrieq and Cospicua, with further awards for Mechanical and Engineering (M&E) for a boutique hotel. Well done FES Team!

FES have committed to integrating principles of sustainable development into their hospitality and property portfolio, and are exploring sustainable building accreditation, with a focus on energy and resource efficiency for upcoming projects.

In September 2020, FES launched Contractors Only, a new company specialising in and bespoke and customised property finishes and B2B services. With a commercial portfolio ranging in residential developments, commercial offices and corporate villas, Contractors Only can offer a more fluid property acquisition for both developers and purchasers.

In March 2020 FES Finance Ltd announces diversification of the group within the construction and real estate sector. The pandemic presents new challenges for property & hospitality portfolios, FES Finance are exploring effective and innovative ways to adapt to the changing economy and demand.
