This job entails daily office administration and operations including: answering of phone calls, issuing of quotations, invoicing, correspondence with clients, installation and aftersales appointments.

Hours: Mon–Fri, 08:30-17:00 (onsite)

Requirements:
1. Office admin experience;
2. Strong organisation & communication;
3. Excellent written and spoken English (Maltese an asset);
4. Knowledge of spreadsheet and email application usage;
5. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
