HR Manager | Malta

We’re hiring a hands-on HR Manager with experience working in Malta to lead an office transition phase.

You’ll partner directly with the CEO to:
• Transfer 45 employees into a new legal entity
• Establish HR policies, procedures, and systems from scratch
• Manage JobsPlus and ID Malta processes smoothly
• Recruit, onboard, and support teams in a professional, structured way
• Create an inclusive, English-speaking workplace culture

This role requires someone who is:
• Comfortable working in English as the primary business language
• Experienced with HR operations within Malta
• Up to date with local employment law and HR practices
• Able to start within a short notice period (max 4 weeks)

• €52–65K salary

Due to growth this independent advisory firm with a successful practice in Malta is looking for a Junior Administration Clerk to join their offices and help with various administrative tasks including postings to the company’s accounting software.
