Architectural Competition 2026 | CEDTI 22/07/2026

Affordable housing is often reduced to square metres and technical fixes. But what if we start with sound, air, light, materiality, and perception — not as decoration, but as the core of design?

CEDTI asks a simple, radical question:
What happens when ambiance leads, and architecture follows?

The Bambous housing brief embraces flooding, local materials, and the sensory fabric of the landscape — not as constraints, but as raw material for imagination.

Sponsored by Medine.
