At least 1 year related work experience

1. 澳大學生優先
2. 具備基本普通話及英語 Basic English and Mandarin
3. 男女不限，需持有澳門證件 Macau ID holder only

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Chop vegetables, and to butcher, grill, and sear different cuts of meat.
2. Clean work stations and adhere to health and safety regulations.
3. Review stock list
4. Kitchen and equipment cleaning
5. Check the incoming deliveries
6. Manage kitchen stations, order food and supplies
7. Cut down on kitchen waste.
8. Help the head chef create new menu items.
9. Finish work on time, without sacrificing quality.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years western food cooking experience
2. Proficiency speaking and written in English
3. Need to possess certain skills to be successful, some of those being transferable skills, but some being specific to the trade.
4. Be patient and calm under the stress of hot and cramped cooking quarters.
5. Creative
6. Need to be ready to improvise when ingredients and resources aren't available.
