နိုင်ငံ တစ် နိုင်ငံ ရဲ့ လွတ်လပ်မူ နဲ့ ချမ်းသာ ကြွယ်ဝ မူ ကို တိုင်းတာ ချင်ရင် မိန်းမ တွေရဲ့ လုံခြုံ မူ နဲ့ ပျော်ရွှင် ကိုသာ ရှာကြည့်ပါ တဲ့။

မိန်းမ တွေ မှာ လည်း လင်ယူ ခြင်း ၊ ကလေးမွေးခြင်းနဲ့ အိမ်ထောင်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း တို့ အပြင် ကိုယ်ပိုင် အိပ်မက် ရှိသင့်ပါတယ်။ ရှိလို့ရတယ်။ မရှိချင် ဘူး ဆိုလည်း ဒါ သူ့ ရွေးချယ်မူ မို့ လည်း သူ့အပိုင်းပါ။

သူ့ ဆန္ဒ မပါဘဲ တချို့ က ကိုယ်ပိုင် အိမ်မက် ရှိရက်နဲ့ လင် က ကန့် သတ်ထား လို့ အပြင် ထွက် အလုပ် မလုပ်ရတာ ရှိတယ်။ အကြောင်းပြချက်က ချစ်လို့ စိတ်မချ လို့ အစရှိသည်ဖြင့်။ တချို့ လင်ယောကျ်ား တွေ က သုများ က မိန်းမ ကို ရှာမကျွေး နိုင်ဘူး အထင် ခံရမှာ ကြောက် လို့ မိန်းမ ကို ပိတ်ပင် တာ။ တချို့ ကျ တော့ လည်း မိန်းမ လစာ နည်းနည်း လေး နဲ့ အပြင် ထွက် အလုပ်လုပ်ရင် ကလေးကိစ္စ လစ်ဟင်းတယ် အစရှိသဖြင့် မိန်းမ ကို သူလုပ်ချင်တာ ပေးမလုပ် တာ။

ယောကျ်ား တွေ မှာ မိန်းမ ကလေး ယူပြီးရင် လည်း ကိုယ်ပို အိမ်မက်ရှိသလို မျိုး မိန်းမ မှာလည်း ရှိလို့ရပါတယ်။ ရရမယ်။ ပြော ချင် တာ က မိန်းမ တေဖွက အလုပ်လုပ် လုပ်ချင်ရင် လုပ်ခွင့်ရှိရမယ်။ ဇနီးမယားအဖြစ် နေရတာ ၊ မေမေ ပဲ ဖြစ်ချင် သူတွေ ကတော့ သူတို့ ရွေးချယ်မူ နဲ့ သူ တို့ အပိုင်းပါ။

ဒါပေမယ့် မိန်းမ ဆိုတာ ဒါပဲ လုပ်တတ် လို့ မယူဆ သင့် ဘူး။ မိန်းကလေး များကို ဒါပဲ လုပ် ဖြစ် မြောက်အောင် မယ်လို့ မတိုက် တွန်း တွန်းသင့်ဘူး။ မိန်းမ တွေ လုပါရမယ့် အလုပ် ဆို ပြီး လိင်ကို အခြေခံ ပြီး သတ်မှတ်မထားသင့်ပါ။ အထူးသဖြင့် ညာဏ နဲ့ လုပ် ရတဲ့ အလုပ်တွေ။

မိန်းမတွေ ထဲ မှာ လှမှ ဖြစ်မယ် တွေးသူ များပေမ ယ့် လို့ မတွေးတဲ့ မိန်းမ တွေ အတိုင်းအတာ တစ်ခု ထိ ရှိတယ်။ လှလည်း ရတယ် မလှ လည်းရတယ်။ အလှချင်လည်းးတယ်။ လှချင်လည်း ရတယ်။
မလှ ရင် ကောကျ်ား ကြိုက်တော့ မကျဘူးပေါ့။ ဒါကေမယ့် လူ မဖြစ် ဘူးလားဆိုတော့ ဖြစ်တယ်။

Gender stereotype ဆိုတဲ့ ပုံ သေ သတ်မှတ် ခြင်းမှ လူတိုင်း ကင်းဝေးပါစေ။

Raw data isn’t biased on its own; gender bias emerges when that data is processed and turned into information or decisions without critically examining how it was collected, analysed, and interpreted.
Thus, in analyzing data, gender lens should be applied to make the result gender sensitive.
If not, it will end in the result like - the title of this book- Invisible women.

In this book, you can read about a little girl who loves to stare at the sky at night and has decided to study astrology and become an astrologer. Likewise, another girl who loves pictures of volcanoes has decided to study geology and become a volcanologist. There are such strong women who follow their natural interests and become scientists. What they all have in common is that they make their own decisions and have the freedom to choose, regardless of their gender.

Reflecting on our own stories in comparison to theirs , their life choices may seem scary or frightening, but they chose to follow what they truly love.

What did we learn from them?

It is the reason for all of us to advocate for positive masculinity as a strategic approach to end gender based Violence, and gender equality. It should also be seen as a strategic consideration for promoting intersectional feminism.

ဒါဆို ယောကျ်ား တွေ ရော အိန္ဒြေ ရှိဖို့ မလို ဘူးလား ၊ ယောကျ်ားတို့ အိန္ဒြေ ရွှေပေးလို့ရသလား လို့ တွေး မိပါတယ်။ ခပ်ချောချော ဘော်ဒီဖြောင့်ဖြောင့် မိန်းမငယ် လေး တစ်ယောက် ကို မြင်ရ တဲ့အခါ မျက်လုံး တွေ က မိန်းမ ငယ်လေးရဲ့ ရဲ့ ဖင်တွေ ရင်တွေ အငမ်းမရ လိုက်ကြည့်ပြီး ၊ ပါးစပ် သရမ်းတတ်တဲ့ တချို့သော အမျိုးသားတွေ ကို မြင်ရတဲ့ အခါ မှာ တော့ ယောကျ်ားတို့ အိန္ဒြေဆိုတာလည်း ရွှေ ပေးဖို့ လိုမယ် လို့ စကားပုံရှိသင့်သလား လို့ အတွေး ရောက်မိတယ်။

မိတ်ဆွေ တို့ရော ဘယ်လို ထင် မြင်မိကြပါသလဲ။

“ မိန်းမ တွေဟာ ယောကျ်ားတွေနဲ့ တန်းတူ ပဲ လို့ ယုံကြည်အောင်တော့ လုပ်ခဲ့ကြတယ် ။ဒါပေမယ့် သမီးတွေဟာ လည်း လူစွမ်းကောင်း / သူရဲကောင်းဖြစ်နိုင်တယ်ဆိုတာ ကို တော့ ယုံကြည် လက်ခံမပေးနိုင်ကြဘူး ။ “

ဒီစကား ကို ပြောခဲ့သူ က တော့ ဟိုးလွန်ခဲ့ တဲ့ နှစ်ပေါင်းများစွာက တရုတ်နိုင်ငံက ၁၇၆၈ ခုနှစ် ကိန်းမင်းဆက် အုပ်ချုပ်စဉ်က အကြီးကျယ်ဆုံး - နက္ခတ ဗေဒ ပညာရှင် ၊ ကဗျာ ဆရာ နှင့် သင်္ချာ ပညာရှင် လို့ သတ်မှတ်ခံခဲ့ရတဲ့ ဝမ် ဇေညီ ( Wang Zhenyi) ဆိုတဲ့ အမျိုးသမီးပါ။ အခု ၂၀၂၆ အထိ လည်း ဒီစကားဟာ ကျမ တို့ နေ့ရက်တွေ အထိ သက်ရောက် မှန်ကန်ဆဲပါ။

ဝမ်ဇေညိမ်း ဟာ အမျိုးသမီး တစ်ယောက်ပေမယ့် အခက်အခဲတွေကို ငြီးငြူ စောဒက တက်မနေဘဲ ဒါတွေ ကို ပြီးမြောက် အောင် မြင်အောင် လုပ်ဆောင် ခဲ့ ပါတယ်။

 မတရားမူ နဲ့ အကြောင်းကို ကဗျာ တွေ
ရေးသားခဲ့ပါတယ် ။
 ထရီဂို နော်မထရီ ( trigonometry)
အကြောင်းကို ရှင်းပြ တဲ့ စာတမ်းတွေကို ရေးခဲ့ပြီး
မြှောက်ခြင်း၊ စားခြင်း နှင့်ပတ်သက်သော နိယာမ
တွေကိုလည်း ရေးသားခဲ့သည် ။

 လကြတ်ခြင်း နှင့် နေက အီကွေတာ အပေါ် ကို တိုက်ရိုက်ကျ ရောက်ချိန် ကို မှန်ကန်စွာ
မှတ်တမ်းတင်နိုင်ခဲ့သည် ။

သူမ အကြောင်း ကို ဖတ်ရရင် inspired ဖြစ်စရာတွေ အများကြီးပါ ။ သင်ယူစာရာတွေ ကိုယ့်ကိုကိုယ် reflect လုပ်ရမှာတွေ အများကြီးရှာတွေ့ နိုင်ပါတယ်။ သမ်ုင်းထဲက အမျိုးသမီး အကြောင်းတွေ ကို ဖတ်ရင်း challenges တွေကို ရင်ဆိုင်ကိုင်တွယ်နေရတဲ့ ကျမ တို့ကိုယ် ကျမ တို့ ပြန် ရှာတွေ့နိုင်ပါတယ်။

ဝမ်ဇေညိမ်း အကြောင်း ကို နောက်ထပ်ပို သိချင်သေးတယ်ဆိုရင် ဆရာမ စောဝေသျှင် ဘာသာပြန်ရေးသားထားတဲ့ “ ကမ္ဘာ ကို ပြောင်းလဲခဲ့သော အမျိုးသမီး သိပ္ပံ ရှင်များ” စာအုပ်မှာ ဖတ်ရှူ နိုင်မှာပါ ။ စာအုပ် က ဖေဖော်ိါရီ လကုန် မတ်လ ဆန်း လောက် ထွက်ပါမယ်။
