Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, network, printers, etc.,
- Troubleshoot technical (hardware/software) faults, replacing parts as required.
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
- Support all other ad-hoc/ admin duties required by manager
Position Requirement
- Any Graduate (or) BSC (or) BCTech (or) related IT Diploma
- At least (1 year) in related field
- Good communication with customer
- Excellent knowledge and experience in hardware and software
- Strong motivation and teamwork
- Knowledge in networking and willing to take training
- Able to work under pressure and within the defined time frame
- Able to communicate effectively in English ( written & spoken)
