We are excited to share our latest residential project currently under construction in Yangon, nestled within Inya Road neighborhood.

This modern three-storey private residence has been thoughtfully designed to support a contemporary lifestyle while prioritizing comfort, functionality, and privacy for the family.

The home features five spacious bedrooms and six well-appointed bathrooms, ensuring every family member has their own personal space while maintaining a seamless flow throughout the residence. A generously sized living room and a family dining area will provide inviting spaces for everyday living and gatherings, while a thoughtfully planned dry and wet kitchen setup caters to both family cooking and entertaining needs.

To ensure smooth daily operations, the residence includes back-of-house staff facilities, maintaining both convenience and privacy for the household. ⭐️ Major Design Renovation of a Residential Project in Yangon.

This project involves transforming a two-storey family home into a three-storey residence, with a complete redesign of the interior to create a modern, brighter living space for the family.

The renovation began in 2020 but progressed intermittently due to various circumstances at the time. In 2023, the project resumed with several design revisions and is now on track to complete construction by October 2025.
