ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ႏိုင္ငံမွာ Cybersecurity Law ရယ္လို႔ သီးသန္႔မရွိေသးပါဘူး ျပည္သူေတြရဲ႕ ကိုယ္ေရးအခ်က္အလက္ေတြကိုကာကြယ္ေပးမယ့္ Personal Data Protection Law လည္းမရွိေသးပါဘူး IT နည္းပညာေတြ နဲ႔ပတ္သက္လို႔ ျဖစ္လာႏိုင္တဲ့ risk ေတြကို ထိန္းညႇိေပးမယ့္ တင္းၾကပ္တဲ့ regulationsေတြထုတ္ထားတာေတြလည္းမရွိေသးပါဘူး Critical Information Infrastructure ေတြ ေသခ်ာသတ္မွတ္ထားတာေတြလည္းမရွိေသးပါဘူး

အခုက Traditional Infrastructure ေတြအျပင္ Cloud ေတြေခတ္စားလာပါတယ္ Cloud ေတြဒီမွာသံုးလာေပမယ့္ တင္းၾကပ္တဲ့ Law, Regulation and Guidlines ေတြ မရွိေသးတဲ့အတြက္ business equirements မွာ ထဲ့မစဥ္းစားတာေတြေတြ႕ေနရပါတယ္ Application ေတြကို cloud ေပၚမွာ အဆင္ေျပသလို development, deployment လုပ္ေနႏိုင္ပါတယ္ compliance ေတြ don't care လုပ္လို႔ရႏိုင္တာေပါ့ဗ်ာ

အဲေတာ့ Cybersecurity Law , Personal Data Protection Law , regulations ေတြ ေသေသခ်ာခ်ာ တင္းတင္းၾကပ္ၾကပ္ enforcement လုပ္ထားတဲ့ ႏိုင္ငံမွာ Critical Infrastructure ေတြအတြက္Secure Cloud Native Critical Application project ႀကီးေတြ အေတြ႕အၾကံဳရွိတဲ့သူေတြ ႏိုင္ငံတကာမွာ ဘယ္လိုေတြလက္ရွိလုပ္ေနၾကသလဲဆိုတာေတြ ႀကိဳၿပီးေလ့လာသိႏိုင္မယ္ဆို ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ႏိုင္ငံက လူငယ္ေတြအတြက္ တကယ္အက်ိဳးရွိမယ္လို႔ယံုၾကည္ပါတယ္
