Leveraging years of R&D experience in payments and a deep understanding of customer requirements, CYNEXIX worked closely with Topwise’s engineering teams to refine and enhance key components, from TMS/MMS platforms to terminal applications and payment modules. Last week in Phnom Penh, Cynexix had the privilege of joining Hengbao, Topwise, and First Cambodia in co-hosting an exclusive industry event dedicated to accelerating the Next Era of Payments. The evening brought together banks, MFIs, and payment service providers from across the country for a deep dive into the future of Cambodia’s payment ecosystem.

One of the highlights of the event was the keynote delivered by our CEO, Mr. Aung Kaung Hein, who presented a forward-looking vision on connected banking and the evolution of payment acceptance across the region. He discussed how financial institutions can unify acceptance across POS, SoftPOS, QR, Soundbox, biometrics, kiosks, and other intelligent endpoints, supported by seamless integrations, strong ex*****on, and disciplined nationwide deployment.

Cynexix also showcased how our rapid integration capabilities, EMV software expertise, and connected acceptance architecture are enabling banks to accelerate time-to-market and deliver frictionless, secure, and scalable payment experiences.

CYNEXIX Delegation Visits Topwise HQ and Manufacturing Facility in China

A delegation from CYNEXIX, led by our CEO Mr. Aung Kaung Hein, together with its local distribution partner First Cambodia Co., Ltd., and representatives from leading Cambodian banks visited Topwise headquarters in Shenzhen, China, followed by a tour of Topwise manufacturing facility in Huizhou, China.

During the visit, the delegation gained valuable insights into Topwise’s world-class manufacturing processes. From precision assembly to rigorous multi-stage quality testing, the team observed how every device is built with the highest standards before reaching the hands of customers worldwide.

The visit not only showcased Topwise’s excellence in delivering cutting-edge consumer electronics, but also served to further strengthen the collaboration between Topwise, CYNEXIX, and key financial institutions in Cambodia. This event also underscored a shared commitment to innovation and quality in advancing the region’s payment ecosystem.

Few know the CYNEXIX journey better than Shwe. He's been with us since the very beginning, helping turn ideas into real-world fintech solutions that make an impact.

With years of experience leading software delivery and solution design across the payments industry, Shwe brings deep technical expertise and a rare ability to bridge customer vision with engineering ex*****on.

Before joining CYNEXIX, Shwe served as a Software Manager at Ingenico, where he successfully delivered many successful regional projects in CLM. His work helped banks, acquirers, and fintech partners bring advanced payment technologies to market with precision and reliability.

At CYNEXIX, Shwe oversees end-to-end solution architecture, making sure that what we deliver is not only functional, but forward-thinking and future-ready.
