📌 Junior Customer Service (1 Post)

Salary Range - 3.5 Lakhs to 4.5 Lakhs

- Social Media Platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) များအတွက် Trend နှင့်အညီ ဆွဲဆောင်မှုရှိသော Video များ ဖန်တီးတည်းဖြတ်ခြင်း။

- Creative Team နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းပြီး Content Calendar များအတွက် လိုအပ်သော Video Content များ ထုတ်လုပ်ခြင်း။

- သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Deadline အတွင်း အလုပ်ပြီးစီးအောင် တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။

- Social Media Trends များ၊ Algorithms များနှင့် Digital Marketing သဘောတရားကို အခြေခံနားလည်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

▫️ Customer များ၏ လိုအပ်ချက်နှင့် အခက်အခဲများကို စိတ်ရှည်စွာနားထောင်ပြီး ထိရောက်သော အကူအညီများပေးရန်။

▫️Customer Data များကို စနစ်တကျ မှတ်တမ်းတင် ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်။

▫️ ရှိရင်းစွဲ Customer များနှင့် ရေရှည်ဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်အောင် တည်ဆောက်ရန်။

🔹 Requirements

▫️ရုပ်ရည်ချောမော ပြေပြစ်ပြီး လူမှုဆက်ဆံရေး ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။

▫️ စကားပြောဆို ယဉ်ကျေးပျူငှာပြီး စိတ်ရှည်သည်းခံနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။

▫️ကွန်ပျူတာ (Word, Excel, Email, Internet) အခြေခံ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။

▫️အဖွဲ့အစည်းနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်စွမ်းရှိရမည်။
