YSC Engineering Solution မှတာဝန်ယူ ဆောင်ရွက်နေတဲ့ Total Tonnage 500RT ရှိတဲ့ Air Cooled Chiller Plant Installation လုပ်ငန်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
Installation သီးသန့် အဖြစ်လုပ်ငန်းလက်ခံခဲ့ပေမယ့်လဲ Client ရဲ့တောင်းဆိုမှုကြောင့် Pipe Material supply ပါလုပ်ခွင့်ရလိုက်ပါတယ်

အခုလို အစစ အရာရာခက်ခဲနေတဲ့ကာလမှာ ဒီလိုproject မှာပါဝင်ခွင့်ရအောင် ကူညီပေးခဲ့သော သက်ဆိုင်သူအားလုံးကို ကျေးဇူးအထူးတင်ရှိပါတယ်။

ကျွန်တော်တို့ YSC Engineering Solution ရဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းများမှ တစ်ခုဖြစ်တဲ့ Commercial Building Water Cooled Chiller System Maintenance Service လုပ်ငန်းတစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ကျွန်တော် တို့ တာဝန်ယူထားခဲ့တာ ၄ နှစ်ရှိပြီဖြစ်ပြီး YSC ၏ ရေရှည်လက်တွဲထားနိုင်တဲ့ Client တွေထဲက တစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ဒီ Building မှာဆိုရင် Shopping Mall အတွက် Water Cooled Chiller System အသုံးပြုပြီး၊ အထပ်မြင့် Office တွေအတွက် VRF System အသုံးပြုပါတယ်။

ကျွန်တော်တို့ YSC က ဒီ Water Cooled Chiller & VRF System တွေကို Regular Maintenance Service လုပ်ငန်းတွေကို တာဝန်ယူမှု တာဝန်ခံမှု အပြည့်နဲ့ လုပ်ကိုင်ဆောင်ရွက်ပါတယ်။

Position Title: Junior Quantity Surveyor (M&E / ACMV)
- 1 Post

Qualification:
• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ) for M&E systems.
• Support the preparation of cost estimates and quotations, mainly for ACMV / HVAC works.
• Learn and assist in quantity take-off, pricing, and basic cost analysis for M&E projects.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams as required.

Requirements:
• Strong interest in M&E / ACMV (HVAC) engineering and construction-related works.
• Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work under guidance.
• Minimum one (1) year experience or completion of M&E / ACMV-related training/certification will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant academic background are encouraged to apply.
