Bank accounts and mobile banking accounts will be linked with:
1. The e-ID system of the Ministry of Immigration and Population
2. The SIM Registration system of the Ministry of Transport and Communications
These systems will be integrated to monitor:
• e-Commerce platforms
• Digital payment and money transfer activities
The objective is to ensure that all transactions comply with tax laws and regulations, and to assess and collect taxes where applicable.

၂၀၂၄ _ ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ် တန်ဖိုးဖြတ် ( ရာဖြတ်နှုန်းထား ) အ သစ်ထွက်ရှိ။
အိမ်မြေ ဝယ်ခွန်အတွက် ရာဖြတ်တင်ပုံ တင်နည်း:
(၁) ၄ - လအတွင်း ချုပ်ဆိုထားသော အရောင်းအဝယ်စာချုပ် (မူရင်းနှင့်မိတ္တူ)
(၂) ၁-နှစ် အတွင်း ရေးဆွဲထားသော ရောင်း/ဝယ်အတွက် မြေ ပုံမြေရာဇဝင်(၁၀၅/၁၀၆)။
(၃) အမည်ပေါက်မှ ရောင်းချခြင်း (သို့) မှတ်ပုံတင် ဆက်စပ်စာချုပ်များ။
(၄) ရှေ့/နောက်/ညာ မြေကွက်ဓာတ်ပုံ(၁)စုံ။
(၅) ဝယ်ယူသူ၏ အိမ်ထောင်စုစာရင်း (မူရင်းနှင့် မိတ္တူ )။
(၆) ဝယ်ယူသူက အိမ်မြေ လက်ခံရရှိပြီးကြောင်း ဝန်ခံချက်။
(၇) တင်ပြချက်အားလုံး မှန်ကန်ကြောင်းဝန်ခံချက်စတဲ့ ကာလ တန်ဖိုး စီစစ်ရေးအဖွဲသို့ တင်ပြလျှောက်ထားရမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
အိမ်ခြံမြေကိုတရားဝင် ဝယ်ယူဖို့အတွက် စာချုပ်စာတမ်းမှတ် ပုံတင်ရုံးမှာ စာချုပ်မှတ်ပုံတင်ရပြီး အခွန်တံဆိပ်ခေါင်းများစွာကို ကပ်ရပါတယ် ။
ရာဖြတ်လို့ခေါ်တဲ့ “ကာလတန်ဖိုး စိစစ်ရေးအဖွဲ့က သတ်မှတ်ပေးတဲ့ တန်ဖိုးရဲ့ ( ၄ % ) ဖိုးဝယ်ယူပြီး တံဆိပ်ခေါင်းခွန် ကပ်ရပါတယ်။
အိမ်ခြံမြေဝယ်ရင် ဝယ်ယူမည့်ပစ္စည်းအတွက် “ရာဖြတ်”သတ် မှတ်ဈေးအတိုင်းကိုယ့်မှာ “ငွေဖြူ” ရှိရင် ပိုပြီးသက်သာတယ်။ ငွေဖြူဆိုတာက ဝင်ငွေရလမ်းဖော်ပြနိုင်သောငွေ (သို့) အခွန် စည်းကြပ်ပြီးဖြစ်သောငွေကို ပြောတာပါ။
