ဘန်ကောက်က ဒီ Hybrid Bar & Office Project မှာ ကျွန်တော် Site Supervisor အနေနဲ့ တာဝန်ယူ ကြီးကြပ်ခဲ့တဲ့ အပိုင်းတွေကို ပြန်လည်မျှဝေပေးလိုက်ပါတယ်။ 🇹🇭✨
ဒီ Project ရဲ့ Main Design နဲ့ Main တည်ဆောက်မှုပိုင်းကို Thailand company Mydea Design Co., Ltd. က တာဝန်ယူထားတာဖြစ်ပြီး၊ ကျွန်တော်ကတော့ သတ်မှတ်ထားတဲ့ Design Standard တွေအတိုင်း အမှားအယွင်းမရှိ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်နိုင်ဖို့ အနီးကပ် ကြီးကြပ်ပေးခဲ့တာပါ။
ကောင်းမွန်တဲ့ Design တစ်ခု လက်တွေ့မှာ တကယ်လှပလာဖို့ဆိုတာ စနစ်တကျ ကြီးကြပ်မှု (Supervision) က အဓိက အခန်းကဏ္ဍကနေ ပါဝင်ပါတယ်။

A contemporary villa style အမျိုးအစားဖြစ်ပြီး သပ်ရပ်သောနှာလိုင်းများ Open Volumes ဖြစ်ပြီး indoor နဲ့ Outdoor spaces တွေ ချိတ်ဆက်ထားပါတယ်
Luxury vibe ကိုပေးစွမ်းပြီး အလွန်အကျွံ အလှဆင်ခြင်းမရှိဘဲ ခေတ်မီဆန်းပြားထည်ဝါးမှုကိုမြင်နိုင်ပါတယ်
