We are currently looking for the candidates who are interested in Esports community and challenges to join our HOG Team.

Location – Dagon Center (1), Building (C.), Myay Ni Gone, Sangchaung Tsp.
Working Days – Monday to Friday
Working Hours – 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
Saturday, Sunday and Gazette holidays

1. Junior Key Account Executive (M/F – 1)
Salary up to 700,000 MMK

As Key Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring clients’ satisfaction and the successful ex*****on of eSports campaigns and events. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and collaborating with internal departments.

Job Description
- Assist the Key Account Manager in developing and present campaign proposals to the client.
- Day-to-day communication with clients.
- Handle client requests, negotiation and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, social media and production, to ensure successful campaign and event implementation.
- Assist in developing new projects and campaigns for advertising.

Job Requirement
- Any bachelor’s degree. (Degree in Marketing, Business Management is an advantage)
- At least 1 year of experience specialized in Marketing or Advertising.
- Can communicate in English fluently.
- Highly proficiency in MS Office, Power Points, Business and communication tools.

2. Membership Admin (F – 1)
Salary 400,000 MMK

Job Description
- Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arranging new meetings and appointments.
- Manage membership records and database.
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing and payment processing
- File and update contact information of external partners.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Make travel arrangements
- Document expenses and hand in reports

Job Requirement
- Ability to prioritize tasks and accomplish them in a detailed, timely manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in high-energy, and active settings with large groups of youth and teens
- Be adaptable and flexible to change
- Assume other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
- 1 years’ experience in an office, receptionist, secretary, or similar setting is preferred

1. IT Assistant Manager (1) post

လစာကတော့ (10) သိန်းအထိရပါမယ်။

Network ပိုင်းကျွမ်းမယ် Team က ကလေးတွေကိုကောင်းကောင်းလေး Train ပေးနိုင်ရမယ် ပွဲတွေရှိရင်တော့ Team နဲ့အတူတူ IT ပိုင်း Setup လုပ်ရမှာပါ။

2. တကယ်လို့ဂိမ်းပြိုင်ပွဲတွေကို promote လုပ်ရတာ သဘောကျရင်တော့ Digital Marketing Executive ရာထူးအတွက် (၁) ယောက်လိုပါသေးတယ်။

3. ပွဲတွေဆက်နေတဲ့ကာလမှာ ပွဲချိန်တွေကို ချိန်းပေးချင်သပဆိုရင်တော့ Tournament Admin ရာထူးရှိပါတယ် သူကတော့ လူ (3) ယောက်လိုချင်ပါတယ်တဲ့

4. ထပ်တိုးအနေနဲ့ Key Account executive (Marketing Dept) အတွက် (၁) ယောက်ထပ်လိုပါမယ်။ သူကတော့ Client တွေ တွေနဲ့ စကားပြောရမှာမို့ experience သမားတွေတော့ လာလျှောက်လို့ရပါတယ်နော်။
