Job Description
• Checking and reporting cash balance and cash transition
• Making balance sheet, trial balance, profit and loss statement
• Making monthly and yearly financial statements and taxation
• Updating financial data in database to ensure that information will be accurate timely
• Preparing and analyzing cashbook, costs and expenses
• Documentation and monitoring internal controls in support of Accounting Department
• Coordinating, initiating and dealing with Account Department and other departments

• Must be able to thoroughly check Supplier Profiles-Information, bank account details, customer whereabouts
• Capable of ensuring proper payment procedures are executed firstly by checking the company’s fund and reassuring if there are adequate amounts
• Able to peruse and comprehend payment terms such as (L\C, Telegraphic Transfer, Cheque) as well as contract terms to avoid any misconception.
• Able to initiate and prepare payments to suppliers and vendors accordingly based on the understanding of the contracts, terms and company policies
• Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies
• Assist in month-end closing
• Record goods and services that it receives and the payments it owes, such as inventory from a supplier or other expenses, records each account payables as a liability
• Develop a strong understanding of business, inventory flow, and systems
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
• Secure financial information by completing database backups
