Job Description
•Resolve internal tickets related to billing issues raised by the Call Center, Customer Service, and Sales teams.
•Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests related to billing via phone calls and other communication channels.
•Coordinate with the Call Center, Cash Department, and other relevant departments to resolve billing issues and update customer information in the system.
•Make reminder calls to customers regarding upcoming payments and report updates to the Manager/Assistant Manager.
•Manage and monitor timely payments for B2C high-bandwidth customers.
•Prepare and issue manual invoices when necessary and ensure delivery to customers via email and SMS.
•Process credit notes in the billing system and report actions to the Assistant Manager.
•Notify customers of unpaid one-time and prepayment invoices and request settlement within three days.
•Conduct reminder calls to customers with outstanding balances prior to due dates and report status to the Manager/Assistant Manager.
•Follow up with suspended customers through outbound calls to facilitate service reactivation and payment completion.
•Handle billing complaints effectively and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns.
•Perform additional tasks assigned by the Manager as required by business needs.
•Work closely and collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
