အဆောက်အဦတစ်ခုရဲ့ လုံခြုံမှုနဲ့ တည်ငြိမ်မှုဟာ Load Transfer Path (ဝန်အားစီးဆင်းမှုလမ်းကြောင်း) မှန်ကန်စွာ အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ခြင်းပေါ်မှာ မူတည်ပါတယ်
။ အဆောက်အဦပေါ်ကို ကျရောက်လာတဲ့ Dead Load, Live Load နဲ့ Wind Load စတဲ့ ဝန်အား (Load) တွေဟာ အောက်ပါအတိုင်း အဆင့်ဆင့် စီးဆင်းအလုပ်လုပ်ပါတယ်

Slab (ကြမ်းခင်း): လူတွေ၊ ပရိဘောဂတွေနဲ့ အသုံးပြုမှုတွေကြောင့် ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာတဲ့ ဝန်အား (Load) တွေကို ပထမဆုံး လက်ခံရယူပါတယ်
။
Beam (ထုပ်တန်း): Slab ကနေ ရရှိလာတဲ့ ဝန်အားတွေကို စုစည်းပြီး Column (တိုင်) တွေဆီကို ဆက်လက် လွှဲပြောင်းပေးပါတယ်
။
Column (တိုင်): Beam တွေကနေတဆင့် လာတဲ့ ဝန်အားတွေကို လက်ခံရယူပြီး Foundation (အုတ်မြစ်) ဆီကို ဆက်လက် ပို့ဆောင်ပေးပါတယ်
။
Foundation (အုတ်မြစ်): Column တွေကနေ ဆင်းလာတဲ့ ဝန်အားတွေကို မြေကြီးပေါ်သို့ လုံခြုံစွာ ဖြန့်ဝေပေးပါတယ်
။
Soil (မြေသား): နောက်ဆုံးအနေနဲ့ ဝန်အားအားလုံးကို မြေသားရဲ့ ခံနိုင်ရည်အား (Bearing Capacity) အတွင်း လုံခြုံစွာ ခံယူပေးပါတယ်
။
အချုပ်အားဖြင့် ဝန်အားတွေဟာ Slab → Beam → Column → Foundation → Soil ဆိုပြီး အဆင့်ဆင့် လွှဲပြောင်းသွားတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်
။ ဒီလို ဝန်ထမ်းစနစ် အဆင့်ဆင့် စီးဆင်းသွားပုံကို မှန်ကန်စွာ နားလည်ထားခြင်းဟာ အဆောက်အဦဒီဇိုင်း (Structural Design) ရေးဆွဲရာမှာ ဘေးကင်းလုံခြုံမှု (Safety)၊ တည်ငြိမ်မှု (Stability) နဲ့ ကုန်ကျစရိတ် သက်သာမှု (Cost Efficiency) တို့အတွက် အလွန်အရေးကြီးပါတယ်

အဆောက်အဦတစ်ခု၏ အလှအပကို လူတိုင်းမြင်နိုင်သော်လည်း ၎င်း၏ ခိုင်ခံ့မှုကိုတော့ Structural Design က ဆုံးဖြတ်ပေးပါသည်။

ETABS Structural Modeling မှ စတင်ကာ RC Member Design, Stability Check နှင့် Construction Support အထိ Engineering Standard များနှင့်အညီ ဆောင်ရွက်ထားသော Project တစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါသည်။
