The structure transforms instantly based on function. It shifts seamlessly from a Pop Art Market Stall for retail to a Public Seating area for social interaction.

📐 Project Showcase: St. Anna Technical School
(1st Concept)
KMUTT SOA+D, Master of Science in Architecture.
A steel-structure technical school focused on adaptive reuse and industrial aesthetics for the Myanmar Migrant School in Thailand.

Project Specs:

Typology: Adaptive Reuse / Educational Facility

Location: Samut Sakhon, Thailand

Concept: "Scrap to Art" (Recycling & Reuse)

The design utilizes a steel structure with wood plank cladding to create a monumental yet accessible atmosphere. To combat the tropical heat, I incorporated concrete plate louvers for ventilation and polycarbonate sheets to diffuse natural light throughout the workshops..📟

The layout features a central "Green Courtyard" to connect the human-scaled single-story areas with the main two-story workshop, bridging the gap between heavy machinery and comfortable learning spaces.

This is the Existing Building, which was measured, documented and remodeled as from the outside.

Flexible Classrooms Defined with Movable Partitions at the Warehouse. The School is Managed By Catholic Church from that Area, where they provide free education, healthcare and food..

It's a Meaningful Research Project done by KMUTT Msc Students.

🛠️A former warehouse becomes a new kind of technical school—lightweight steel rising from the existing columns, wrapped in a fresh roof that brings shade, airflow, and daylight. The expanded campus weaves classrooms and technical rooms around green courtyards, while pop-up market spaces activate the edges—supporting the education and everyday well-being of Burmese migrants in Samut Sakhon.

⛺️ The MX Archi Design Firm & Residence took almost 2 years to complete — fully designed and project-managed by Principal Architect (Wiley)

Site supervision and inspections were conducted twice daily, every single day to ensure every detail matched the original architectural and interior drawings exactly.

This project was never easy. It demanded relentless effort, unbreakable consistency, and total commitment. But we did it — completed in 2024.

It took us at least 10 years of learning, grinding, and growing to be able to deliver something like this.

The Expo, held on Yumeshima Island in Osaka, runs from April 13 to October 13, 2025.
🛖Theme: "Designing Future Society for Our Lives." Features 188 pavilions, including 152 from countries worldwide, showcasing innovative architecture like the iconic Grand Ring, sustainable timber structures, loop-shaped layouts, and unique designs such as spherical pods, rope facades, and patterned facades blending culture and technology.
A global hub for future ideas and stunning builds. What a highlight of Kansai adventure!
