I know I am very poor with updates here, life gets in the way sometimes. Looking at some possibilities. Cryptic perhaps, but that's the way it is!

Registered! Now for carnet and trip to Kenya! Happy days!

Evaluation done, registration within days, finally!

It appears that the guys doing the "old timer" registration are like Waldorf and Statler from the muppets, a bit like the scene in Argo!

Still awaiting registration in Czech, does not help with me being in Kenya!

There are still some hurdles to jump regarding registration process. We have to remove the facelift and put the old style back on and be photographed for "old timer" registration. Nothing is simple and we haven't even got it to Africa yet...Sheesh!

Latest info is that the club "half a yellow sun" has now been formed and approved. Registration ongoing. This is a painfully slow process, lucky it's in Europe. In Africa it would be even slower (actually doubt that!)

Having to join a club and have a "seat" to register, sounds complicated, but not really. Still easier than importing to UK for the same process. Czech registration is appropriate as it is where the jungle eater was built.

The beast is going through registration process at the moment, then it will be shipped to Kenya. Getting closer.

CTIS (central Tyre inflation system) installation. Means I can dial a pressure and all the tyres will drop or raise pressure. Very handy for desert driving.

Awaiting a gearbox servo from Slovakia.

Replacing turbo's and tubes. Also some clutch issues. Rather sort now than when driving! Looking good.
