From 4–11 April 2026, five youth workers from Association Centre for Rural Development – SEE Struga represented our association in Pissouri, Cyprus, for the project 🎶 Harmony in Diversity – Erasmus+ Professional Development Activity 🇪🇺. Alongside participants from Cyprus, Croatia, Lithuania, Poland and Portugal.
We are proud to share highlights from the Erasmus+ Professional Development Activity "Harmony in Diversity", held in Pissouri, Cyprus. Together with youth workers from Cyprus, Croatia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal and Macedonia, we explored how music can foster inclusion, intercultural dialogue and self-expression. 🌍🎵

From 04 - 11 April 2026, we had the opportunity to participate in Erasmus + project -Training Course Harmony in Diversity in Hylatio Cyprus. This project was focused on bridging cultural divides and fostering mutual understanding through the universal language of music. This project brings together young people from diverse cultural backgrounds, providing them with a unique platform to socialize, express themselves, and create meaningful connections. With participants from North Macedonia, Croatia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal and Cyprus. In this project 30 youth workers were gathered in Cyprus to build up their competencies! Host of this project was NGO ACPELIA from Cyprus.
After the project our participants make a presentation of the this project in local schools and share their experience new knowledge and partnership, learning about other cultures and all the positive benefits that Erasmus + programe give to the young people.
The presentation make a great interest among the students and teachers, opening up a space for discussion on the role of young people in building a society based on tolerance, understanding, and mutual respect.

Проектот ,,EURORURALS? YES!” беше обука за младински работници која на учесниците им пренесе клучни знаења и им овозможи да ги надградат своите вештини за работа со млади во контекст на унапредување на руралните средини.
Одржан во Ел Сауко, Албацете, Шпанија во периодот од 22-31 август годинава, проектот донесе 21 учесник од 6 земји во она што се нарекува ,,длабока Шпанија” и подразбира навистина рурална средина со малку можности. Преку ова практично искуство и одлични работилници, како и контакт со локални млади, нашите претставници научија за можностите кои ги нуди не само ЕУ за развој и унапредување на руралните средини, туку и за нови идеи за враќање на животот во напуштените рурални средини зголемувајќи ја нивната привлечност за младите.
