Clothing can have a second life — and fashion can be a force for good.

In 2020, Conscious Fashion at Delta City (now Big Fashion Mall ) invited the community to repurpose, reuse and recycle garments, turning old pieces into new creations by local designers and students. The initiative not only supported creativity, but also fostered a greener perspective and raised awareness of sustainable fashion practices in Montenegro.

It was rewarding for us to help show how small actions can spark bigger change.

Internal communication is not just about sharing information, it is about nurturing a sense of belonging within a community that continues to grow and evolve. The LB Journal was created as a space where employees could stay connected: celebrating team stories, highlighting important updates and reflecting the culture that makes the project what it is. Thoughtfully crafted content helped transform the journal into a bridge between teams, strengthening shared purpose and everyday collaboration.

In addition, the Power of One Campaign centered on the people who embody those values each day. Through conversations, interviews and an authentic narrative approach, the video highlighted the virtues that guide the community and inspire cohesion across the entire organization.

We had an opportunity to support both initiatives, helping shape the storytelling that celebrates the people behind Luštica Bay and the values that keep the community connected, motivated and moving forward together.

It starts with an idea. A filmmaker sketches a vision, an actor breathes life into a character, a storyteller dares to imagine a world we have never seen. This October, Porto Montenegro becomes the home for those ideas, for those dreams, for those voices — at the first Adriatic Film Awards (AFA) .

As Strategist, we are proud to stand behind this initiative, not just as supporters, but as believers in the power of stories to inspire, connect and shape the way we see the world. Even more rewarding is that we get to help share that value, showing how these stories enrich both audiences and our society as a whole. ✨

Vero and Versa Residences, the latest chapter in the ever-evolving , were always meant to be the latter.

At Strategist, we started with a story — a story that needed a voice, a shape and a soul. Together with the exceptional marketing team at Porto Montenegro, we built that story from the ground up. We crafted a name that sets the tone for this new chapter, designed a visual identity that captures the light, texture and rhythm of the Adriatic and developed messaging and a narrative that speak to mindful luxury and a deep sense of place.

From positioning and tone of voice to campaign concept and implementation, every element was carefully considered to reflect both commercial clarity and emotional resonance. Each visual, each word, each campaign touchpoint was designed to create an experience that feels real, relatable and unmistakably Porto Montenegro.

The result is a living, breathing brand. A story you can step into. One that lingers long after the first encounter.

And for us at Strategist, that is exactly how meaningful work feels: shaping stories that leave a lasting mark on our community, on places and on us.

Ponosni smo što kao Strategist možemo da pružimo simbolični doprinos i razgovoru o vrlinama, koji nikad nije bio važniji. Iza ovog događaja stoji tim ljudi koji, iz godine u godinu, s nevjerovatnim entuzijazmom i posvećenošću nosi cijeli projekat – i to samo po sebi zaslužuje duboko poštovanje.

Psihomaraton nije samo prilika da pričamo o nečemu što previše često ignorišemo, već je i poziv da se ujedinimo i podržimo jedni druge. Zbog toga je potrebno da kao društo ističemo ovakve inicijative i ljude koji ih pokreću. ❤️

Today, we are walking a little taller (in heels or not) as Strategist proudly accepts the award for successful business among companies led by women, presented by .

To say we are proud is an understatement. This recognition truly is more than just about Strategist and the three of us, it is about the resilient women breaking barriers, challenging norms and proving that leadership has no gender - only vision, hard work and courage.

To the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro, thank you for not only seeing us but celebrating us. You have reminded us that every late night, every tough decision and every leap of faith was worth it.

To our amazing team and all the incredible collaborators who have had our backs every step of the way – thank you for proving that success is sweeter when shared and that joy is best when it is multiplied.

We are happy to be part of the 4th UN Regional Forum on Business and Human Rights in Europe and Central Asia in Budva and we are grateful for the opportunity to contribute our insights from the business perspective.

This important annual event, organized by / and the UN Working Group on Business and Human Rights, serves as a regional platform for exchanging experiences and addressing challenges in advancing the business and human rights agenda. The Forum holds special significance as it explores the real-world impact of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and recent EU policy innovations like the and on the business environment in Europe and Central Asia.

Hearing the results of the regional survey and the post-survey analysis of the participating companies, presented by UNDP, which assesses businesses’ readiness and level of implementation for the EU’s CSDDD and the UN Guiding Principles, has been enlightening. While significant challenges remain - particularly in bridging the gap between knowledge of these documents and standards and their practical implementation - the survey also highlights valuable opportunities for businesses to strengthen their human rights due diligence practices.
