2015 → 2025

In December 2015, he got into dental school and graduated in 2019. Then came Covid - a year’s delay before he could complete his house job. Just four months later, he was in the UK, studying public health, searching for an alternative path. The year passed in a blink, and reality hit: the future didn’t look promising. He ran for student elections and became the president of the students’ union. There, he met a professor who asked a simple question: “Why are you doing this?” He had no answer. That moment sparked a journey inward - thinking about his purpose, his skills, and what he truly wanted from life. The dots began to connect, and all signs pointed back to dentistry. This time, it wasn’t just a career - it was a calling. The road back was tough. He disappeared for a year - no social life, no vacations, just 60-hour workweeks, study and tunnel vision.
The result? He can now practice dentistry in the UK.

Moral of the story: the journey is never linear - but it always leads you where you’re meant to be.
