A visit to Krakow Technology Park offered insights into the latest tech-driven initiatives, while networking and knowledge exchange allowed participants to share experiences and best practices across regions.
Overall, this study visit has been a perfect blend of innovation, practical learning, and collaboration, showing how IT and digital tools are shaping the future of vocational education.

As we are getting ready for our study visit in Romania, we are sharing the aftermovie from our last trip across Hungary and Slovakia.
During our visit, we went to schools and training centers to see how dual education works in real life. We saw how companies and schools work together and how students gain practical experience for their future jobs.
It was amazing to see this strong cooperation and the life-changing opportunities it creates for students.
🙏 Thank you to Startup Szeged, Edunet Europe, Heves Vármegyei Szakképzési Centrum, and Heves Vármegyei Kereskedelmi és Iparkamara for hosting us and making this study visit possible.

From the very first moments, the project was full of connection, openness, and meaningful exchange. Through energisers, buddy walks, and interactive exercises, participants built strong bonds while exploring topics such as community building, social classes, youth participation, and the role of community organizers.
Creative methods like problem and solution trees, World Café discussions, simulations, and cultural activities turned complex topics into shared understanding. From reflections inspired by Freedom Writers to playful yet powerful moments where pasta divided us and culture united us, the project showed how learning can be deep, human, and joyful at the same time. Tired minds, full hearts, and a community that will last beyond the project. 💛✨

Today’s meeting started with an energizer to help us wake up and get energized. Our first activity focused on creating our own definitions of the words group, constituency, social class, and community. We then discussed the topic of our project and explored what the role of a community organizer is.
The second energizer was full of movement and helped us regain energy for the next session, where we listened to a story and identified the problems within it. After the Medusa energizer, we were introduced to the Ladder of Participation, a scale that shows different levels of youth engagement in the community.
Later, we illustrated problem trees and solution trees for different issues, helping everyone understand which challenges to focus on in the future. Then it was time for buddy time! 🤝
The last activity of the day was the World Café, a great method to explore and compare the problems faced by different communities. We finished the evening by watching the Oscar-winning film Freedom Writers—an inspiring approach to the topic of racial marginalization and a powerful reflection on the goals of our project. 🎬✨

The energy was amazing and everyone was actively involved, which made the discussions even more inspiring. We’re already feeling a strong sense of connection within the group. Looking forward to being together again tomorrow! 😊✨
