Startup Factory

Yesterday we held a joint workshop with the Secretariat for Entrepreneurship and Investments of the Capital City Podgorica at the Cultural Centre of the University of Montenegro. This is our first experience of organising a workshop with the support of the municipality and we believe that the start was successful. We are pleased to see that the government of Montenegro supports the development of innovative projects and initiatives such as our incubation programme Startup Factory. Product-Market Fit Workshop for Startups ⚡

We are very pleased to invite you to participate in a workshop on 🗓 22th April in the Sports and Cultural Center of the University of Montenegro, starting at ⏰ 10:30 am. This workshop is organized by the Secretariat for Entrepreneurship and Investments of the Capital City Podgorica in cooperation with Startup Factory.

This workshop aims to explore product adaptability to the market and provide participants with a comprehensive framework to understand and achieve it. Understanding the dynamics between your product and its target market is essential for sustainable growth and success.

If you’re the founder of a startup and actively developing it, if you're a member of the key product team of any size, if you're a young entrepreneur with a project in its early stages, or perhaps you even have an MVP - this is definitely for you! 🚀

During the workshop we will gather 4-5 teams of 3-4 people. You will work together in an interactive workshop for 3 hours under the guidance of experienced instructors. The workshop will be held entirely in English. Seating capacity is limited!

Even if you're not a founder, don't have a team yet, or haven't decided to launch your project, but you're interested in Product-Market Fit, you're welcome to join us as an active spectator. 🙏
