• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related major with a strong academic record
• 5+ years of software development experience using a wide variety of current programming languages
• Strong software design and architectural mindset; experience with SOLID principles
• Fluency with .NET and C #.
• Experience with the Azure cloud environment. Table Storage, Cosmos DB.
• Experience becoming familiar with existing codebases and optimizing, adding, and refactoring.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to own broad feature areas independently in a very fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work in a highly collaborative environment where the belief is that great ideas can come from anywhere in the organization

We are looking for a Senior Front End Developer to join our Enterprise and Migrations team. You’ll be joining a team focused on building features for our enterprise-scale customers to enable better governance, trust, and security.

More about you

As a senior frontend developer on this team, you will work with a talented team of Product Managers, Designers, and Architects to build end-to-end solutions to make the administration of Client products simple at an Enterprise scale.
You will be empowered to drive innovation by coming up with new and exciting ideas to creatively solve issues, as well as proactively look for opportunities to improve the design, interface, and architecture of the Client's products on the cloud.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have :
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Mastery of standard front-end technologies like modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST, and JSON
• 5+ years of experience designing and building production-level web applications, especially for delivery as a SaaS
• Familiarity with React, Redux, Webpack (or equivalent)
• Experience with modern unit testing frameworks (e.g., Mocha, Chai)
• Understanding of front-end architecture, building large-scale single-page web applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

It’s great, but not required if you have:
• Experience working with agile software development methodologies (e.g., XP, scrum)
• Familiarity with GraphQL
• Experience applying static typing in JavaScript (for example TypeScript or Flow)
• Familiarity with data-driven development
• Experience using AWS and Docker containers

Key Responsibilities:
- Comfortable owning the infrastructure and pragmatically solving problems dealing with complex systems.
- Working with developers to support the latest features that we have in development, like Power-Ups, data pipeline improvements, and scalable microservices.
- Contributing your insights across the team to help us improve or re-architect existing systems for scale and extensibility.
- Contributing to new and existing compliance initiatives.

Required
- You've been in the trenches building highly scalable, efficient, and resilient systems.
- You prefer lasting solutions, yet know the time and place for a quick hack.
- You're excited about scaling the platform using technologies in our stack like MongoDB, Kafka, ElasticSearch, and Redis to handle massive quantities of data and users.
- You’re comfortable deploying and monitoring the systems that you’ve built with tools like puppet, terraform, and Nagios.
- You’re a fast learner and can contribute from day one.
- You have an excellent command of written and spoken English.
