Chef and his team claimed victory in the French Riviera Cocktail & Canapé Competition at the 2024 ECPY in Nice. The theme of this year’s Chef’s Competition, which took place on Tuesday, 23rd April, was Italian and Japanese Fusion Cuisine, and the participating yachts showcased immense talent from their charter crews.

LIONESS V was judged by an esteemed panel of Michelin-starred judges and impressed them with a remarkable five-course dining experience combining tradition and innovation with creative fusion of flavors, textures and ingredients, highlighting the Chef’s creativity and expertise in meticulous presentation.

SAGA ONE is the ideal open yacht for seamless travel between various destinations. The 33.40m (109’7”) DAYBOAT built by Overmarine in 2006 (refitted in 2022), boasts a top speed of 35 knots and comfortable cruising speed of 28 knots, which combined with her low draft, means she is ready to explore any coastline and secluded cove as well as relocate at a moment’s notice.

Inside the bright and airy salon, there is generous seating and a dining area, while the retractable sunroof here brings the outside in and is one of the yacht’s outstanding design features. The use of a light colour palate creates a fresh and peaceful ambience and lends itself well for a new Owner to add their own mark to.
