📍 Looking back at the 19th Course in Propedeutics, Semiology and Pathology of the Locomotor System
From June 3rd to 6th, we had the pleasure of participating in this new edition organized by G.E.C.O.V in Bédoin (France), focusing on the theme:
"Carpus, tarsus and beyond: exploring the extremities"
These four days were rich in exchanges, learning, and shared experiences regarding pathologies and therapeutic approaches for the locomotor system.
We would like to thank everyone who came to meet us at our booth, hosted by Bastien Goin, Antonin Crumière, and Louane Boullier.

We are pleased to share a new scientific publication highlighting an innovative approach for the stabilization of canine hip luxation using intra-articular reconstruction of the round ligament with a synthetic implant.
📄 A video guide to stabilization of canine hip luxation by intra-articular reconstruction of the round ligament using a synthetic implant
This publication presents a surgical technique using an ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) implant designed to restore hip stability while preserving physiological joint mobility.
Key findings:
• Immediate stabilization of the coxofemoral joint
• Restoration of physiological hip mobility
• Biocompatible UHMWPE implant for anatomical reconstruction
• Technique applicable to different types of hip luxation
These findings highlight the potential of innovative ligament reconstruction techniques to improve surgical outcomes and support a more physiological recovery in canine orthopaedic patients.

Félicitations à Elise Bernard pour la présentation de son poster scientifique lors du 22ᵉ Congrès International des Étudiants, organisé à l’Universidad CEU Cardenal Herrera du 22 au 24 avril à Valencia 🇪🇸
Son travail, réalisé sous la supervision de son tuteur Joaquín Sopena Juncosa, que nous remercions pour son accompagnement, ainsi qu’aux côtés de Luis Matres Lorenzo, portait sur une technique de reconstruction proximale du tendon d’Achille, mettant en avant la recherche et l’innovation en chirurgie vétérinaire.. 🐾
Une belle expérience académique et scientifique qui reflète son engagement dans la recherche vétérinaire. 👏
